I.Product Introduction

 

The Triple-Unit Bituminous Mixtures Permeability Tester is designed to determine the permeability coefficient of asphalt concrete in accordance with DL/T 5362-2006(Hydraulic Asphalt Concrete Test Procedure),while also referencing international standards such as ASTM D5084(Standard Test Methods for Measurement of Hydraulic Conductivity of Saturated Porous Materials Using a Flexible Wall Permeameter)and EN 12697-19(Bituminous Mixtures–Test Methods–Part 19:Permeability of Specimens).The constant head test is suitable for specimens with a large permeability coefficient,while the variable head test is suitable for specimens with a smaller permeability coefficient.

Scope of Application:Concrete

1.Primarily used for testing the permeability of hydraulic asphalt concrete.

2.Suitable for research institutions,engineering testing organizations,construction companies,etc.,for evaluating the impermeability of asphalt mixtures.

II.Test Methods

 

Constant Head Test:Applicable to high-permeability specimens,the permeability coefficient is calculated by measuring the seepage rate under a stable head.

Variable Head Test:Applicable to low-permeability specimens,the permeability coefficient is calculated by observing changes in head.
