I.Product Introduction

 

This cement loss on ignition tester can measure the loss on ignition of cement,carbon dioxide content of cement,ash content of coal,volatile matter content of coal,moisture content of coal,and high-temperature combustion of materials.It is mainly used for fully automated measurement of the loss on ignition of cement raw materials,clinker,and finished products.In addition to meeting the requirements of the Chinese national standard GB/T 176‑2017 Methods for Chemical Analysis of Cement,this Fully Automatic Cement Loss on Ignition(LOI)Tester is designed to support international laboratory testing practices such as ASTM D7348 and ASTM C114,ensuring compliance with globally recognized LOI testing procedures.

II.Working Principle

 

The loss on ignition(LOI)of cement is a crucial indicator that significantly impacts its performance.Currently,most cement systems utilize muffle furnaces for heating and manual measurement by laboratory technicians,requiring full operation by the technician.The fully automatic cement LOI measurement system,however,automatically heats,rapidly cools,weighs,calculates results,and completes the entire measurement process.
