I.Product Overview

 

The Digital Display Cement Impact Testing Machine is controlled by a microcontroller and features an LCD display for easy operation.The instrument provides a user-friendly human–machine interface,high measurement accuracy,and automatically displays the impact energy.It calculates the impact strength of individual specimens and the average impact strength of a complete set of samples automatically.The hammer is released electrically,and the entire machine is constructed with a rigid steel frame that has been stress-relieved to prevent deformation over time.

The Digital Display Cement Impact Testing Machine is designed in accordance with GB/T 15231(Test Methods for Properties of Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement),and is compatible with relevant international standards includingISO 679,EN 1170,EN 196-1,and ASTM C947 for testing cement-based and GRC materials.

III.Maintenance and Repair

 

1.If the testing machine needs to be moved,the pendulum should be removed to prevent damage to parts from repeated swinging.

2.When not in use,the pendulum should be coated with anti-rust oil and stored in the accessory box.

3.Do not disassemble or replace any parts on the pendulum unless absolutely necessary,as this may alter the pendulum torque and impact distance.

4.Before use,check that the fastening screws on the pendulum and pendulum rod are secure.

 

IV.Installation Steps:

 

1.When unpacking and handling the packaging box,avoid excessive tilting,collisions,or strong vibrations.

2.Before installing the testing machine,clean off any rust-preventive oil applied during packaging and wipe away any dust with cotton yarn.Do not disassemble parts unnecessarily while wiping.

3.The area surrounding the installation site of the testing machine should be free from vibration and corrosive media.

4.The testing machine should be installed on a solid foundation with a mass at least 40 times the mass of the large pendulum used.The foundation's levelness should be adjusted to 0.2/1000,and anchor bolt holes should be pre-drilled in the foundation.
