I.Product Introduction

The multi-purpose sand mill,dispersion,and mixing machine is a testing instrument.It is a new product designed using advanced domestic and international technologies.This product integrates the functions of mixing,sand milling,and dispersion into one unit.It uses an electronic constant force high-speed circuit,directly displays the shaft speed digitally,and is equipped with a dispersion impeller and a sand milling disc.

It can adapt to different laboratory test needs and can directly calculate the relationship between the linear velocity of the stirring,dispersing,and grinding blades and the material viscosity and chemical reaction rate based on the displayed shaft speed,providing accurate data for large-scale production.

II.Structure

1.This machine adopts a dual-axis constant force lifting system for convenient lifting.

2.It uses a series-wound commutator motor,and implements step-by-step speed regulation of the motor through an intelligent motor speed controller.It applies digital PID technology,achieving high control precision,and the shaft speed is directly displayed digitally.

3.The dispersing impeller and grinding disc are directly connected to the shaft with screws.

4.The barrel is fixed by left and right clamps.The barrel adopts a jacketed structure,allowing cooling water to pass through,and is made of stainless steel.
