I.Product Introduction

 

The new fully automatic softening point tester determines the softening point of viscous petroleum asphalt based on the ring and ball method.This instrument is suitable for determining the softening point of electrode paste,rubber,road petroleum asphalt,polymer-modified asphalt,liquid petroleum asphalt,coal tar distillation residues,or emulsified asphalt evaporation residues.It is the preferred instrument for highway and bridge construction and research institutions.

II.Main Features

 

1.This instrument features a 7-inch true-color large screen display and a user-friendly touchscreen operation design;

2.This instrument adopts microcomputer control,automatic stirring,and linear heating.The heating rate meets the requirements specified in the standard,and the test results are automatically detected.

3.The beaker is made of high-temperature resistant glass,and the specifications and dimensions of the steel ball positioning ring,steel balls,etc.,meet the requirements specified in the standards;

4.The instrument displays temperature and time in real time,and dynamically displays and records the temperature-time curve during the test;

5.The instrument has a built-in printer,allowing data to be printed at any time;

6.It has an Ethernet interface,which can easily enable data networking;

7.The instrument has a data interface,which can read data.
