Products Description
Simply put, this asphalt mixture vibratory roller forming machine is a key piece of equipment used in the laboratory to simulate the rolling process of a real road vibratory roller, in order to prepare asphalt mixture specimens that are closer to the on-site construction conditions.
Lab Pneumatic Asphalt Slab Roller Compactor for Wheel Tracking and Slab Vibrating Roller
Model:LQJHR-1
I.Product Overview
This equipment uses rollers and vibration to form asphalt mixture specimens, effectively controlling the density and uniformity of the specimens. The formed specimens can be used for rutting tests or cut into small beam bending specimens for related examinations.
II.Standards
EN 12697-33—Bituminous mixtures—Test method—Part 33:Specimen prepared by roller compactor
ASTM D8079-Standard Practice for Preparation of Compacted Asphalt Mixture Specimens Using Roller Compactor
AASHTO R 83-Standard Practice for Preparation of Compacted Asphalt Mixture Specimens by Roller Compactor
III.Product Features:
Employs an independently developed control system, ensuring safety, reliability, and stability. This system boasts comprehensive self-protection functions and the ability to operate continuously under complex working conditions.
Utilizes a color touchscreen control panel, simplifying parameter setting and operation, and displaying real-time work process data.
Equipped with a Panasonic frequency converter, the vibration frequency can be adjusted arbitrarily from 0 to 50Hz.
The maximum compaction load is 55KN,which is equivalent to the maximum static compaction roller on site.
Automatic one-time molding of specimens according to pre-set height or density.
The molding process of each specimen can be completed in up to four states. Each state can be individually set with pressure, vibration frequency and number of rolling cycles to simulate on-site vibrating steel wheel rolling.
Safety doors:Opening any one of the three safety doors will shut off the gas and power supply to the equipment, protecting the operator and preventing accidental operation.
Specimens can be used for rutting tests. After core drilling, they can be used for indirect tensile testing or cut into small beam fatigue testing specimens.
Test molds are the same as those for rutting tests and can also be selected as optional equipment.
